Historic Lafayette Apartments are conveniently located at 302 South Main Street in Butler, PA. It consists of 59 apartments (53 one-bedrooms, 1 two-bedroom, and 5 efficiencies) of affordable housing for limited income individuals, age 55 or older. Rent is based on income, electric not included in turn the Housing Authority subtracts a utility allowance from monthly rent calculations. Resident is also responsible for electric, telephone, and cable TV.
